Terms & Conditions – CMY Global Venture LLC

By booking with CMY Global Venture LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking & Ticketing

  • All fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • Tickets issued are generally non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the airline.

  • Passengers must ensure that all details (names, dates, destinations) match their passport and travel documents. Incorrect details may result in denied boarding and additional costs.

  • Airfares are only guaranteed once tickets are issued. Tickets are normally sent within 48–72 hours of booking confirmation.

  • Airlines may charge extra for checked baggage, additional luggage, or optional services. Please check with your airline directly for the latest baggage policies.

2. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, permits, and health documents required for their journey.

  • Failure to obtain valid visas or documents will result in denied boarding, and tickets cannot be refunded.

  • For connecting flights or code-share itineraries, passengers must check transit visa requirements and terminal transfers.

3. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to bookings are subject to airline rules and may incur amendment fees plus airline charges.

  • Most airlines do not allow changes after ticket issuance.

  • Additional taxes or surcharges (fuel, exchange rate differences, etc.) may apply and will be communicated before re-issuance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before ticket issuance: Cancellation fees may apply.

  • After ticket issuance: Most tickets carry a 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).

  • Low-cost and charter airlines typically apply full cancellation charges in all cases.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to airline policies and may take up to 12 weeks.

5. Check-In & Airport Rules

  • Passengers must arrive at least:

    • 3 hours before departure for international flights.

    • 90 minutes before departure for domestic flights.

  • Failure to check in on time or “no-show” passengers will result in loss of the ticket without refund.

  • Passengers must reconfirm flight schedules 72 hours prior to departure directly with the airline.

6. Force Majeure

CMY Global Venture LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, terrorist activity, technical failures, airport closures, or airline schedule changes.

7. Identification & Health Requirements

  • Passengers must carry valid government-issued ID, passport, and all required documents during their journey.

  • Some destinations may require medical certificates, vaccination proof, or additional documentation.

  • For minors, certain destinations (e.g., South Africa) may require additional travel documents such as an unabridged birth certificate.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as flight delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or medical emergencies.

9. Special Requests (Meals, Seats, Assistance)

  • Requests for meals, seating, or wheelchair assistance will be passed on to the airline but are not guaranteed.

  • The airline is the final authority for such services.

10. Baggage Policy

  • Free baggage allowance depends on the airline, route, and class of travel.

  • Excess baggage fees apply if the allowance is exceeded.

  • Cabin baggage restrictions also vary by airline.

  • On U.S. domestic flights, airlines often charge separately for checked baggage.

11. Governing Law

All bookings made through CMY Global Venture LLC are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
