Travel Business Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@cmyglobalventure.com Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the booking, supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator), and applicable cancellation policies. Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Flights: Refunds are subject to airline fare rules and conditions. Some tickets may be non-refundable, while others may allow refunds with cancellation fees.
Hotels & Accommodation: Refunds depend on the property’s cancellation policy. Non-refundable rates will not be refunded.
Tours & Packages: Cancellations made at least X days before the departure date may be eligible for a partial refund. Closer cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

3. Cancellation by Company

If CMY Global Venture LLC cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, safety concerns, force majeure), customers will be:
– Offered an alternative arrangement of equal value, or
– Provided a full refund.

4. No-Shows

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of travel services.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–21 business days to process, depending on suppliers and payment methods.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Service charges, booking fees, and merchant transaction fees are non-refundable. Visa fees, insurance, and other third-party services are also non-refundable once processed.

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.), refunds will follow the policies of the relevant suppliers.
